Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) offers various scholarships to its students based on academic merit, financial need, and other criteria. Some of the scholarships offered by JNU are:


Merit-cum-Means Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to students from economically weaker sections of society. It covers tuition fees, hostel fees, and a monthly allowance.


Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship: This fellowship is offered to students from SC/ST/OBC/Minority communities who are pursuing research at the M.Phil or Ph.D. level. It provides financial assistance to cover the student's living expenses, tuition fees, and other expenses.


UGC JRF/SRF Scholarship: JNU is a recognized institution under the University Grants Commission (UGC), and its students are eligible for UGC scholarships. These scholarships are awarded to students who qualify in the National Eligibility Test (NET) or the UGC-CSIR NET.

Indira Gandhi Single Girl Child Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to single girl children pursuing higher education at the postgraduate level. It covers tuition fees, hostel fees, and a monthly allowance.
