Admission Process of GITAM is Mostly similar to the other universities. 

There will be an Entrance Exam for taking admission in some courses and Some of the available courses are based on their previous class exam.

And the Admission Process of this university depends on the stream of your courses.

Post-graduation and Ph.D. level-based admission occurs on the Entrance examination of the Candidates.

• First of all, Go to the Official website of GITAM. Then Sign up with an Authentic email and Generate a password. After Successful Registration, you will get a mail and message on registered mobile.

• Now log in to the website and fill in the required information.

• You can make online payments through a debit card, credit card, or something else.

• You can apply for a maximum of 4 different courses at this university.

• After adding the required details, you need to scan your photograph into it.

• Make sure that you will fill in the correct information in the given application form.

• You can make any changes before the payment.

• Take the printed application form and print other documents and submit it to the university address.

GITAM MBA Admissions 

GITAM offers an MBA for a duration of two years under different specializations such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Manufacturing.

Eligibility Criteria of GITAM MBA Course

Here are some of the Eligibility Criteria of the GITAM MBA Course which have been specified by the GITAM Admission Block.

• A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September / December / February OR

• A composite score of 450 or above in GMAT  OR  OR

• A composite score or 300 or above in GRE  OR  OR

• 70 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT ) OR

• 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR

• 70 percentage or above in the XAT Test for Management Admissions (XAT) 

• 70 percentile or above in the ATMA

Selection Criteria for GITAM MBA Admission 

Admission to the program will be granted on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Entrance Exam conducted by the University.

GITAM MBA Entrance Test (MCQ Based): 50% or above marks in graduation and valid CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT score.

Eligibility Criteria = 10+2 or HSC examination from any recognized board of education

Course = B.Com. (General)

Eligibility Criteria = A person with a 10+2 qualification is eligible for admission. Non-10+2 candidates who have completed the Bachelor's Preparatory Programme (BPP) of the University are also eligible for admission.

 Course = M.A

Eligibility Criteria = Graduation passed in relevant stream from any recognized university.

Course = M.Com

Eligibility Criteria = Graduation passed in relevant stream from any recognized university.

Course = Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Eligibility Criteria = 10+2 or HSC examination from any recognized board of education

Course = B.Sc. (Botany, Chemistry, Geography, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Zoology, Anthropology, Hospitality and Hotel Administration)

Eligibility Criteria = 10+2 with science subjects or its equivalent qualification

 Course = M.Sc

Eligibility Criteria = Graduation passed in relevant stream from any recognized university.

Course = Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Eligibility Criteria = 10+2 or HSC examination with Mathematics or Computer Science or Business Mathematics or Electronics as one of the main subjects

GITAM Law Courses Admission

 Course= LLM( Master of Laws)

GITAM B.Tech.&M.Tech. Admissions 

In addition to various UG, PG, and Research courses, GITAM also offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Technology, each of two years duration in addition to various UG, PG, and Research courses. GITAM B.Tech.andM.Tech. Admission  is done on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the entrance exam conducted by GITAM. Here is the eligibility criteria for these technological courses.

B.Tech&M.Tech programs are offered at the Kengeri campus of GITAM. Students with at least 50% marks in 10+2 (PCM) are eligible to apply. The application form can be filled out online from the official website of the university. These programs are also open to NRI and Foreign candidates.

GITAM conducts a Group Discussion (GD), and Micro Presentation (MP) to offer admission to these programs. On the basis of performance in GD and MP, candidates will then be called for further rounds of selection which include a Written Assessment test.

The Selection in the GITAM B.Tech. And M.Tech Admission  will be done on the basis of Marks in the qualifying exam followed by GD, Presentation, and Written Test (if applicable).

GITAM M.Pharm & B. Pharm Admissions 

M.Pharm( Master of Pharmacy) and B.Pharm( Bachelorette of drugstore) are two degree programs that concentrate on the study of drugstore and the use of medicines for medicinal purposes. 

Course = B.Pharm

Eligibility Criteria = B.Pharm is an undergraduate degree program that generally takes four times to complete. Eligibility criteria =The eligibility criteria for the exam includes a Master's degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates who have qualified for UGC NET/CSIR JRF, GATE or any other equivalent national level exam are exempted from the entrance exam.
