YCMOU Selection Criteria 2022

  • YCMOU accepts Admissions to courses like BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BSW, BAVTM, etc based on merit, that is scores obtained in 10+2 or its equivalent.

  • BLIS admissions are based on scores in bachelor’s degree or one-year Diploma in Library Science are eligible to apply.

  • BBA in Retail (RL) admission is based on merit. But BBA in Service Management (SM) admission is based on entrance followed by an interview.

  • Applicants are shortlisted for MBA admission based on their bachelor’s scores plus OPENMAT scores.

  • For admission to M.Com, MA, or M.Sc. applicants are required to have passed a bachelor’s degree in their corresponding subject.

  • MCA admission is based on scores in bachelor’s with Mathematics or pursues BCS12 course concurrently with MCA.

  • MTTM aspirants can apply if they hold a relevant bachelor’s degree or UG degree in related subjects like Tourism, Hotel Management, etc.

  • Ph.D. applicants must hold an M.Phil degree or Master’s degree with at least 55% aggregate.

  • PG Diploma admissions are based on graduation in any relevant subject. While Diploma admissions are based on scores obtained in 10+2 or its equivalent.

YCMOU  B.Ed. and M.Ed. Admission 2022 is done on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the entrance exam conducted by YCMOU  which is held in the month of August Every Year.
