AILET Candidates' Education Qualification
For undergraduate law programs( BA LLB and BA LLB( Hons))
Candidates must have passed the Elderly Secondary Academy Examination( 10 2) or an original examination from an honored board. For postgraduate law programs( LLM)
Candidates must have passed a three-time or a five-time LLB degree from an honored university.
AILET Student's Age Limit
For undergraduate law programs( BA LLB and BA LLB( Hons))
Candidates should be below 20 times of age as on 1 July 2024.
Candidates belonging to SC ST/ PwD orders are eligible for a relaxation of 2 times.
For postgraduate law programs( LLM)
There's no age limit for the postgraduate law programs.
AILET Candidate's Minimum Marks
For undergraduate law programs( BA LLB and BA LLB( Hons))
Candidates must have a minimum of 50 total marks in the Elderly Secondary Academy Examination( 10 2) or an original examination from an honored board.
Candidates belonging to slated gentries( SC)/ slated lines( ST) Persons with Disabilities( PwD) orders are eligible for a relaxation of 5 marks.
For postgraduate law programs( LLM)
Candidates must have a minimum of 50 total marks in a three-time or five-time LLB degree from an honored university.
Candidates belonging to SC ST/ PwD orders are eligible for a relaxation of 5 marks.

Candidates who have qualified for UGC NET/ JRF, SLET, or any other original examination are also eligible to apply.
AILET Candidate's Work Experience
Candidates who have completed theirLL.M. with at least two times of tutoring/ exploration experience are eligible to apply.
Candidates who have completed theirLL.M. with at least three times of professional experience as a counsel are also eligible to apply.
