The Kerala Institution of Health Sciences (KUHS) is a public university in Thrissur, Kerala, India. It was established by the KUHS Act of 2010 to provide consistency across all academic programmes in medicine and allied subjects in the State of Kerala, as well as proper and organised education, teaching, training, and research. In Kerala, the university must be a member of every college or organisation that provides training in the field of professional health care. As of now, 296 professional colleges are affiliated with the university. Kerala's governor serves as chancellor of the institution.

KUHS Act, 2010, together with an ordinance, were both used to create KUHS in 2010. All medical specialties were included in the university's purview, as were paramedical and medical schools that had previously been affiliated with other universities such as the University of Kerala, the Mahatma Gandhi University, the Calicut University, the University of Kannur, the Cochin University of Science and Technology, and the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit. The entirety of the State of Kerala will fall under the university's geographical purview.
