The higher education facility K L Deemed to be University, previously Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering (KLCE) and Koneru Lakshmaiah University, is situated at Vaddeswaram, Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh, India. It was founded in 1980 as a college of engineering and now has eight schools that offer undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral academic programmes with an industrial focus.

KLEF was founded in 1980 as K L College of Engineering (KLCE) at Vaddeswaram. It became independent in 2006, and K L University, as it is currently called, was acknowledged as a university in 2009. The organisation was renamed Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation in response to the University Grants Commission's request from 123 deemed institutes not to use the term "university" in the name. It was given the new name K L Deemed to be University in 2019.
