Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University( DSMNRU) is a state government university located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 2008 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh as an institution devoted to the education and recuperation of persons with disabilities.
