An elite public engineering university in New Delhi, India is called Delhi Technological University (DTU), formerly known as Delhi College of Engineering (DCE). The university was established in 1941 as Delhi Polytechnic and was latterly converted into Delhi College of Engineering in 1965. The council received university status in 2009 and changed its name to Delhi Technological University.  DTU offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in colorful fields of engineering, technology, operation, and applied lores. The university is known for its strong emphasis on exploration and invention, and has collaborations with several transnational universities and exploration institutions. 

 DTU has a sprawling lot spread over an area of 163 acres in the heart of Delhi. The lot has state- of- the- art structure, including well- equipped laboratories, ultramodern classrooms, a well- grazed library, and sports installations.
