Located in Jodhpur, India, the AIIMS, Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur; IAST: Akhil Bharatiya Aayurvigyan Sansthan Jodhpur) is a medical centre and public university dedicated to medical research. It is a significant national institute. It was founded in 2012 and works independently under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, along with the other five All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). The institute's mandate calls for excellence in medical education, research, and patient care as well as the creation of innovative models for cost-effective, high-quality healthcare. The 1956 AIIMS Act also applies to AIIMS Jodhpur.

The AIIMS Jodhpur (Rajasthan) campus is located on the outskirts of the city in Basni Industrial Area. The AIIMS Jodhpur building's foundation stone was set on January 31, 2004, by the country's then-finance minister, Jaswant Singh (Jasol). At the event were Rajnath Singh, the former Agricultural Minister, and Sushma Swaraj, the former Health Minister. Jodhpur is the gateway to Western India's Thar Desert and is situated in the geographic middle of Rajasthan.
